AOA ! It looks like Allergic Rhinitis which is worsened due to deflected nasal septum. For permanent cure you should consult an ENT specialist for surgical opinion. In the meantime start using steroid nasal inhalers for 1-2 months regular along with anti allergy tablet once daily. The most important is to avoid the allergens like dust, fragrance, pollens etc. Thanks
