Aasalam u Alaikum mujhe kuch din pehle tonsillitis ka issue howa tha jis ki waja se fever bhi howa mein ne medicines le jis se Alhumdulilah kafi fark para! Laykin ab sar bhari rehne lag gaya hai agar sar ko rotate karon toh dill kharab hota hai! Aur secondly mujhe thora blood pressue ka bhi issue hai aur burps bohat zayada atay hein namaz partay howe shower lete howe specially!
