Severe Bleeding While Defication

Question

patient has history of constipation in the past but has no constipation right now..but whenever he passes stool, severe bleeding starts from anus for last six days..he feels that he has a wound at or above the anus

He needs to see a general surgeon for examination. Can be an anal fissure haemorrhoids or anal tag. If it is a small bulb like thing coming out after passing stool or on pressure and might go in later or not...most probably haemorrhoids.  Need to avoid constipation and get examined.
