Asking for Other, Male, 54 years old, Dera Ismail Khan
My name is David. I am 54 years old. I have been suffering from headaches since childhood. Sometimes two months later, sometimes three or more times, sometimes faster When there is pain, take a medicine such as ponstan ya panadol I recover after three or two days But I have been suffering from constant pain for several days now Sometimes in the front of the head, sometimes in the back, sometimes above the eyebrows. There is severe pain. Then it comes to the neck and shoulders - sometimes in the middle of the head Give me some advice on where to show which specialist in which hospital. So that a proper investigation can take place
Hi David clearly your head aches are chronic in nature and unlikely to be related to any serious cause most common cause for such headaches are either tension type headaches or chronic migraines. It doesn’t appear the pattern of headache suggestive of migraine. Neck relaxation exercises are helpful you can watch them on you tube and practice. I won’t suggest use of medicine at this point if they become very recurrence then some medications like pregabalin or topiramate can be used but they do have lot of side effects so better avoid at this stage
