Talk to General Physician on Sinusitis And Hypertrophoid Nasal Turbinate

I am having sinusitis from many years I went for x ray it shows left side frontal and maxillary sinuses are hazy and hypertrophied nasal turbinates I used alot of medicines as prescribed by doctor for month and for weeks as well (antiallergy and antibiotics) but never found permanent results. If I constantly use medicines I found relief from post nasal drip and pain for 3-4 days or maximum a week but couldn't able to move my head These all things effecting me and my daily life badly...... I am used to for having rigix after every 1 or 2 days so I feel relief from Allergies but facial pain, headache etc remain the same...... Does swollen turbinates cause any facial disfigurement if left untreated ? Kindly reply what should I do?
