Whenever i drink cold water straight from fridge i caught flu and sore throat.. im having runny nose since last night and sore throat since morning .. Kindly suggest me some medicine or syrup

ok u can take tab telfast D 60mg at night and tab softin 10mg morning. avoid cold drinks and chilled water. gargle with tab disprin in Luke warm water 8 hourly but don't swallow it. after 3 days if symptoms persist u can book online consultation
