Aoa, i ve been suffering from lower back problem since 6 years and now after got married 3 years ago i had 2 c sections as well.severe bulging and compression at level 3,4,5 and S1.29th sep2020 ESI injection done by spinal surgeon but now i m feeling pain again.plz guide me

there are some rumours about spinal surgery that there are lot of risks in that case.m confused.now m doing my daily routein work,look after my 9 months baby girl,but after surgery if i will be on bed then?????
