Talk to General Physician on Sweating, Low Body Temperature

My 3 yr old son is having low body temperature from past two days 95.4 to 96 F..He is also sweating alot while sleeping and feels cold upon touch..He had mild flu few days back..Other than this he is a healthy boy..What could be the reason for this? feeling very concerned
