Salam Dr. mera issue ye h k last 15 to 20 days sy mery galay my aisa lag rha h koi bhaaari chez atak gye h.. pani b peeta hn to wo bhaari pan mehsoos hota h. aksar saans leny my b msla hta h..saans sahi sy ni ati. din k tym blkul thk rehta h ye msla .. rat my rat ko khana khanay k bd ziada msla hta h ye .. pehly ye hta ta k jhuk jaon ya namaz parhty wqt sajday my jaon to wo bhaaari chez aisa lagta ta jesay moo ko agaye h.. pr ab ramazan my Quran b parhti hon to aisa hony lag jata h.. kbhi aisa hta k blkul b koi problem ni hti. koi chez feel ni hti.. specially rat my khana khanay k bd ziada bhaari pan mehsoos hta h r moo khol k saans leni parti h phr.. rat my ziada issue hta.. anyone help plz. no medical history.. naak ki haddi terhi h thori..
