salam plz suggest me some test or what is this disease? help me
weight loss , weakness, gas ,gerd , heart palpilation, abdominal pain (not go away after passing stool) , after stool burning anal area , sometimes feel nausea headache before bowel movement, persistent stomach / intestine infections every month.
Lft, h pylori, ttg (lga,lgg) , stool for parasite and ova all are negative stool culture shows occasionally Wbc

ok for now till you get all tests done, avoid brown roti or brown bread or brown rice, dried fruit, Dont take 3 portions of fruit in a day. Lessen coffee and Tea to 2 cups.Avoid fizzy drinks. Add yoghurt to diet . Dont space meals for long time. Fro any pain or bloating till tests come out just take Tab Buscopan 10mg if discomfort pain arises. If loose stool and Nausea take Cap Imodium 2mg
Tab Stemetil 5mg. Till you consukyafter results.
