Talk to General Physician on Urination Problem

AOA! From past three days i am facing low urine count as compared to normal and my liquid intake is also normal but there is no inflamation during urinating and its count is normal in morning when i wake up. And also my upper right side of bladder is slightly swollen it feels like muscle strain but while pressing or squeezing it there is no sort of pain in it. Please guide me or suggest any medicine it is not suitable to go hospitals in these corona days please help. No history of sugar,blood pressure,kidneys etc Alhamdulillah all fine. Pleade guide me.TIA
