Talk to General Physician on Urine Infection
Asking for Other, Male, 12 years old, lahore
Kid is having urine problem since a month. There is infection shown in Urine exam and have done 7days antibiotic course upon doctors advice. Now he still is facing same problem, after passing urine he has the urge to pass it again and feel pressure on bladder. Just have done ultrasound in doctors advice.kindly tell what should be the treatment and which specialist to see? Thanks

Thanks for sharing your concern. Your child doesn’t have infection. the bladder wall is not functioning well due to which he is having symptoms. For this, we need to train his bladder by adopting certain measures. You may book an appointment to discuss about it and i ll give you some written material to follow the instructions. Don’t give any unnecessary medications. 1-3 pus cells is a normal finding of urine test. hope this helps.
