Asking For Self, Male 25, Lahore
My Wbc's are 14.48, Platelet 510 ×10e9/L PLUS Protien 0.25g/l, Hb 25/ul Leukocyte Estrase 25/ul,Rbc & Wbc 10/HPF, Amorphous Urate +3/HPF, Nitrite +ve, Bacteria Moderate in URINE,(other findings normal) But Vit D3 4.89, i face muscle pull to one side of body and cramps, &Nausea, What is Likely Dx, and all of above mentioned lab results is due to Bacterial UTI or not? Thyroid, Rfts,Lfts are in normal range.
Get Urine C/S done and keep monitoring temperature pattern. Then.review for UTI and appropriate treatment

sir, i am too student of final year Mbbs, in addition to above symptoms i feel MILD irritation and heaviness in my testis OCCASSIONALLY, low grade fever, dec. in libido,Mental confusion, urethral discharge with out any external stimuli 3 times in last 2 months, discharge was milky white and very thin in nature, Sir, can it be Chronic prostatitis, If yes then what confirmatory investigations i should make done.
