Blood Platelet Count Low

I have done my CBC Test. No Medical issue just done randomly but my Blood Platelets are a little bit low as per normal. its 139 and reference values are 150-400

I have puss in hand and it is not curing. I am taking augmentin for more than a week now and started Ciproxin for [ast 3 days 3 times a day. It is still not healing. Is it normal? do i have to get it cut?
