Talk to Gynecologist on Abdomen PAin

Asalam o Alaikum Mujhe kabhi bhi periods pain nahi hua itna severe bas kabhi kabhi normal sa hota than& flow bhi normal he hota hai I am married for 4years & 1 daughter of 3years normal delivery, but this time in the last days of my periods (4th day) I felt severe pain in lower abdomen which was unbearable for me I tried to bear but Failed went to Shalimar’s emergency they suggested ultrasound everything was normal they just found a pea sized fibroid said its nothing to worry about but abh mujhe normal days main halki halki se pain feel hoti hai lower abdomen main legs or back pain bohat zada pain shuru ho gae hai or bohat sust rehti hun koi kam nahi kar patti I am worried as I have daughter to take care off , I don’t understand who to consult & please also suggest what to do or not to do.
