Talk to Gynecologist on Allergic Rhinitis

I am currently 36 weeks pregnant Alhamdulilah , I have a history of allergic rhinitis and asthma variant.. currently I am in UK and they don’t give any anti allergy medicine without a prescription of dr.. I have been trying to get appointment but they want me to do a covid test first , all of this is going to take time so I want to ask is there any pregnancy safe medicine that I can take meanwhile because i am unable to sleep properly with stuffy nose, itchy throat and cough.
