Can painless bartholin cyst go away on its own? What can I do to dry it up quickly? Please advise

-Bartholin cyst can go away if it's very small can subside in size but if it's large cannot be subsided.
-but large size cyst need examination and intervention accordingly.
-u better need to have detailed Examination by local gynae to have intervention.
