Talk to Gynecologist on Beta Hcg Is Decreasing Gradually
Asking for Self, Female, 32 years old, Karachi
My last period date is 13 march and i did beta hcg on 22 april its 1135 on 24 April its 1103 n on 27 april its 1065.. I am attaching my tvs please guide.. Is it in tube? What should i do now.. Jazakallah
plz kindly repeat the tvs again along with repeat bhcg and send me the report
It can be early pregnancy loss or miscarriage .Rt ov.cyst can be confusing but it is a clear cyst...to confirm diagnosis n exclude ectopic repeat tvs n bhcg after 1wk. Clinical corelation also required

I have done tvs 2 times.. N beita hcg 3 times now i want fast abortion with medicine but my doctor didn't prescribed any.. Please help me m mentally n physically tired????

Dear dr.. I will go for tvs on Monday inshaallah n will do beita hcg on Saturday.. Is it ok? M having brown discharge... Is there anything serious to go to er as tomorrow is Friday n here lockdown will b strick... Thanks for the response

Waiting for natural expulsion is better
If started brownish bleeding may be missed Abortion...but to be v. Careful if u again repeat bhcg if going down start tab cytotek 200mg 1+1+1___repeating tvs for cyst or ectopic wl be superior decision
