Dr please suggest ka kon sa birth control methods meray liya suitable hai...meray 3 bachay hain...abhi mera weight zyada hai aur mein IUCD bhi try ker chuki hon wo dalnay ka kuch time bad nikal gia tha aur mujhay pata nhai chala kia iss ko dobara dalwao??? Ya koi aur method ho jis sa weight gain na ho ....please answer
