Talk to Gynecologist on Bleeding

Hi, It seems quite weird posting this. But since Ramzan I bleed during you know bowl movement. Initially I used to have this problem during my periods. But now I have it all the time. I feel pain, the area is swollen, and I bleed. I sometimes apply some anti inflammatory cream. Sometimes I do face a bit constipation as well, but not always. I wanted to know of it is okay or not. And what should I do to avoid this. Kindly suggest something.

respected patient..this seems a problem of piles and might be associated with some anal fissure both of which has been aggravated by constipation..
need laxative and increase water untake with high fiber diet..
review urself to a good general surgeon as well
