I am 10 weeks pregnant..I got vaginal bleeding on 30 april and still have spotting and bleeding on and off...I got bleed 2 to 3 times a day which continues for 1 to 2 hour...I am taking myfol, duphaston 1+1+1 , transime 1+1+1..I got injected on yesterday of ferti C ...what is the reason of having bleeding even after taking medicines regularly..I have done ultrasound on 12 may and baby is fine and growth is also good and heartbeat is also good

You should continue your medication n do bed rest..if baby growth is fine on ultrasound then you should not worry. This may take some time to settle. Plus you can have some more medicine if bleeding doesn't settle with these medications. You can have video consultation for further medication n treatment.

and stop transamine.
progesterone support is giving to prevent pregnancy loss due to this.
there could be some local cause which need to be examined in opd.
