Talk to Gynecologist on Bleeding During Pregnancy

its my first pregnancy..I have light bleeding from last 16 days..I have taken all necessary treatments till now of injections anafortan, gravibinan, rocephin, presage, dexamethasone, nospa, biocobol, ferti C, and medicines like dephaston, myfol, progeffik, cyclogest, transamin..and I have also taken anti D shot (rhogam)...but I still have light bleeding..my ultrasound is fine with heartbeat and growth is also good..I am tired now I have changed 4 doctors but still have same problem..please help what to do..when this bleeding stop
