Had lmp on 10 April Starte Spotting on 27 april Got hcg on 30 April was 77 Got it done again on 2 may hcg was 50 Still having heavy spotting Taking duphaston tablet 10 MG day and night

I think you should stop taking Duphaston. Let the bleeding happen.
If the bleeding doesn't stop within 7 days let me know
ur repeat bhcg decreasing level points towards failed pregnancy
just relax observe ur bleeding if more then immediate consult gynae and repeat bhcg after 7 days
