Talk to Gynecologist on Breast Cancer

My mother is diagnosed case for breast cancer with mets in bones wnd she is on femara and zometa injection after every 3 months but now she is having continuous nausea and vomiting unable to eat solid abd on liquid diet and we are suspecting that cancer spread into liver too what can be done now n she still can take zometa injection koi problem to nai ??? She is suffering from extreme weakness now unable to go washroom from 2 days and on dextro 5%at home
