Talk to Gynecologist on Breast Infection..
Asking For Wife, Female 37, sialkot
My wife was having a lump in her right apart from that lump there was an infection in areola region of the right breast..She underwent lumpectomy to remove the lumpectomy at the same time nipple and areola skin biopsy was also performed by the surgeon.. After viewing the biopsy reports concerned oncologist advised us to visit a skin specialist for the treatment of the infection.. Now she is receiving treatment from a skin specialist for more than a month but it's not getting any better.An expert advice on this issue is requested.. I am attaching her biopsy report here..

didnt u guys hurried a little?-the whole process she has undergone shud hv been reversed-tht is first ultrasound-no suspicion then treatment-if no progress then biopsy-anyways it cant b reversed now-report is absolutely normal-take second opinion frm a derma fr other medical treatment options...

She had a lump too..
she went through whole process first ultrasound, mamogram and then laser guided needle biopsy..
but some reasons her oncologist didn, t recommended areola skin biopsy before surgery..
we did consult atleast three surgeons they all have a same opinion that lump should be removed immediately through wide local excision..
so we had to listen to them..
