Talk to Gynecologist on Breast Pain

I am having pain in my right breast since 3 to 4 months on and off, i think it started after doing an exercise by a little jerk over there. I feel severe pain even by a touch also. 1stly i had pain on right side of right breast but now a days i feel pain over nipple area also or in whole breast some times and in under arm too. I have self examined my breast but i dont feel any lump or area discoloration. Kindly tell me what should i do? Is there any serious problem, if not then what is the reason behind this pain?
