Talk to Gynecologist on Breast Problem

AOA i hv sm breast prblm. My lft breast is not growing and now there is pain in upper outer quadrnt in the lft breast,pain also occr in lft arm and back near lft scapula occasionally. No dischrge frm breast. And there significant difference in size of both breast. I m vry tense about it i cnnt go to consult fr it bcz i m scrd about malignancy . Plzz guide me abiut my prblm and give me sm advice so tht I could go fr trtmnt or kesi ko mere prblm ka patha na chale
