-as per your short description your serum beta hcg is regressing. It seems it was just Early Chemical pregnancy that could be checked via blood hormones (beta hcg) level and now it's resolving.
Check on symmptoms especially one sided lower abdominal pain, spotting etc and report accordingly.
U can repeat same test after a week to be on safe side to check its level.
