my ultrasound report is fine with 9 weeks 37mm heartbeat is present but still have light cloting with white discharge

yes its my first pregnancy..I got marriage in november 2019..no history of misscarriage..sometimes I.l feel light abdominal pain but its minor..ultrasound is fine 37mm and 9 weeks...I have taken duphaston twice a day and inj rocephin, inj gravibinan, inj presage on 30th april and on 4 may I took treatment of inj anafortan plus, inj gravibinan, inj rocephin, inj presage, inj dexamethasone, inj nospa, inj biocobal....but still I feel dark clot with white discharge when I use tissue

my doctor prescribed me these medicines myfol, duphaston, loprin, progeffik, surbex z ,cyclogest, anifed retard 20mg

tab duphastone 10 mg 1+0+1
cyclogest 400 mg per rectally at night time
tab myfol 400 mcg daily.
bed rest,avoid strenous work ,healthy balanced diet,proper sleep and stay well hydrated

these is no itching and no smell..discharge is thick white with light blood clots..I am worried why still I bleed even after taking medicines
