Talk to Gynecologist on Coliky Pain Abdomen

The patient is unmarried,not a patient of pcos and its nt even pms.Feeling coliky pain in epigastrium,umbilicus and hypochondrium since last 2 days.Pain is moderate in intensity at night and start in the evening,it becomes lesser in intensity or disappears during day time after taking antispasmodics and other home remedies plus a warm pack,bt at night even these dnt work! No fever,diarrhea or other symptoms.how to proceed?
