u need to hv a track of previous 3 cycles to track ur ovulation-soon aft periods u hv a fertile window-theres no definite number of intercourses mentioned to attain successful pregnancy-carry on wth pre natal vitamins-shud b giving zinc containing vitamins to ur husband as well...

As said three cycles ka track rakhain but Ager periods irregular hain then jab app periods ae faragh Hun uske do din badh se ten days tak fertile window hta ha 10th till 20 th day. Kisi ka pehle ajata ha Kisi ka badh me mager yeah din me husvand se milna Ziyada important ha.
salam what is length of your cycle as after that can tel about fertile window but its not necessary you will get pregnat those days but chances are high so do try even roughly if you try twice a week that can also cover your fertile peroid

and you count days from day 9 pnwards meet at alternate days till day 16

usuall ovulation is on 12-16 days of cycle laikin yeh aagy peechay bhi hosakta hai is liye best yeh hai ki twice aweek hambistaree karain

agar cycle regular hai menses k day 12,13 ,14 and 15 m milny se maximum chances hain pregnancy ke.
ideally week me do se teen bar intercourse krna chaye to get pregnant.
period se farig hone k bad se agly das din tak alternately intercourse kren.
