Talk to Gynecologist on Conceiving

Asalam o alikum im trying to conceive since 7 months but didnt succeed in the first 5 month I wasn't sure about my ovulation days and suddenly on the last week of my cycle there's some brown spotting and pinkish tissues when I urinate and after that my periods starts but this month it didn't happened and I convinced but i miscarried in the beginning due to my carelessness I've two queries first is im having excessive of discharge its not excess but every time I see they're is white mucus and other is now a days I'm having excessive of urine it's not stinging no sensation. Of burning although my water intake is normal plus I'm taking 2 tablets of folic acid also in the night kindly guide me In this regard I also went for pelvic examination on the 4 day of my period due to unbearable pain and also can you prescribe me any multivitamins to conceive n have no side effects?
