Hi can any doctor tell me if there is any sign of blocked fallopian tubes? If both tubes are blocked where the egg goes?

eggs are destroyed by abdominal environment if both tubes are blocked no sign present.... diagnosis only on hysterosalpingography and laparoscopy
Assalam o alikum. there are no signs of blocked tube only can be checked bu HSG or ultrasound with special inj or laparoscopy. eggs will rupture and vanish away.
