Talk to Gynecologist on Conception
Asking for Self, Female, 27 years old, Karachi
TTC for the past 8 months. Miscarriage in 1st cycle (in 5th week) and never conceived ever since despite having regular tries in fertility window. Periods/ovulation is regular, normal bmi. Semen Analysis came fine twice. Just name some baseline tests for female and their timing to rule out any underlying infertility issue. It will either relieve us if everything is normal or we may approach a doctor sooner than later if something comes out abnormal. Please suggest tests. Thanks.

pelvic ultrasound on 10- 12day of 26-28 day cycle
s/FSH , LH, prolactin , thyroid function tests.
with labs visit gynaecologist.

for 2years of marriage nothing is recommendible as nature takes its time-but u guys can go for female tubal patency test...

dear if coital frequency is adequate 2/ week and u didnt had dnc for last miscarriage.. and having regular menstrual cycle then it means everything is ok.. in most of cases of subfertility,there is no cause... but fir ur satisfaction, u can have serum progesteron on day 21 of ur cycle, and have follicle size tracking at day 12, and to see tubal patency,u can go for HSG. after menses.
