Talk to Gynecologist on Conception
Asking for Self, Female, 27 years old, Karachi
I have 3.2yrs daughter, i concieved her immediately after ny marriage. But for 2nd baby i am trying since last 1.3yrs. I dont have any health issue. My thyroid profile is also normal. Pelvus u/s shows normal ovaries. Monthly cycle is also normal 26-28days. I also took fertility treatment. Clomid and leterozone tab. Follicular size which came were 1.3cm on day 9. Next month 2cm onday 10 . 1.7 &1.5cm on day 11 next month. Currently i am not taking any medicine. I want to ask reason for no conception. Do i need to take further tests done or should i wait. Please ans in detail P s my husband didNt get his test done yet

Thanks you need to have complete check up for both of you including tubal patency your egg size also vareable normal egg size should be 18- 20 mm on day 12- 14 days if the cycle is regular

I forgot to mention i had have pID too which is gone now but there is pelvis pain. I want to know how and when tubal patency test is performed

Salam the follicular size is variable however size of 2.0 cms is good . Keep taking folic acid . Husband’s semen analysis can be done to check for any problem . However u should also consult gynecologist for further history , examination and investigations. Thanks and take care
