My age is 33 i have been married 7 years ago in after married 2 nd year i have 3 month miscarriage then after in previous year i had a baby boy but unfortinately he was not servive. I want again concieve but i cant due to pco problem my weight is 80 kg i have done almost every think but it couldint reduce can you guid me

c PCO is not a big deal these days...u need to reduce ur insulin resistance and in sha Allah u ll loose ur weight, ur natural cycles ll resume as well...then u can conceive too...
so hv a detailed session wth ur OBG wch shud cover ur complete history,detailed examination, invx etc...c for treatment of PCO u need to be persistent and patient...in sha Allah ethg ll b fine...

Dear plz visit a good gynecologist for proper evaluation.try to loose weight,eat healthy food,avoid junk food,and do exercise for 30 min daily.
