i have a 5 yr old boy alhamdulillah! now i want to conceive again! after a struggle of 1.5 yrs i couldn't conceive, however my period cycle is very normal but duration is average 4 days lasting. i am getting dark brown to black period blood. i even got ultrasound which stated i have weak follicular activity, is that an alarming thing? how can it be cured so i conceive again, i am 31 right now! uploading pic of ultrasound

thanx dear for sms dear it is not a big issue so u and u husband start tab folic acid take a daily 1 tablet at night . and do some blood test on 2nd day of periods.
