I am 6 week pregnant and having spotting from last 3 days. I have been detected positive for covid. Is covid the cause of my miscarriage

as i already said it cud b threatened-nothing can b said wthout invx ultrasound fr fetal well being and the two bhcg taken forty eight hours apart
