Talk to Gynecologist on Cyst

I need your favor, Actually i have a lymph on my back since 8-10 years with no pain and no irritation.
Couple of weeks ago,i felt some pain and black spot in centre of. Dry pus was drained after pressing.
After that normal Puss drained twice.
Yesterday i checked in Jinnah Hospital Dermotology departmemt lahore.
They reffered to surgery. Prescription is attached. please advise that only surgery is treatment or may cure with medications. if surgery is mandatory then is any post- surgery complications ??
