Talk to Gynecologist on Cyst And Ttconceive

I was having green discharge and pain on right side of ovary during periods. 2 weeks ago I found out that I have a cyst in my right ovary. Dr. Gave me medications which included antibiotics as well. After a week I had TVS in which cyst size was reduced. Then, on day 3 of periods I had tvs which shows eggs (i will upload tvs). I need to know if this is not a bigger problem and I can conceive easily? Dr. Prescribed Me famila for 21 days. Why? I'm worried. Please respond dr. Rukhsana tariq. Thanks in advance.
