Aslam o alaikum married (1year) husband abroad, now he is coming tomorrow, and we are planing for try baby, My one of dr czn recommend me this tablet for me (Pregna Fix), i have cyst in my left ovary sixe 5.5 cm , and having 35 days periods cycle, other ovary is clear on 10th day small follicles at periphery, now we want to conceive. Can i get pregnant with one ovary? What is the purpose of this tablet ?
