Talk to Gynecologist on Delayed Periods

Aoa.m facing delayed periods prb frm last 1 year i went to gynecologist 2 days ago my ultrasound report is clear nd other reports fsh lh is normal too my weight is 47 , doctor gave me glucophage 500 mg twice a day,aldactone 100 mg per day,in-folie comb ,becefol after taking these i feel bad headache nd too weird nd low my bp is 80/50 after these medicines.. i want to ask these medicines r ok for my delayed periods ?? Thanks
