Talk to Gynecologist on Delayed Periods
Asking for Self, Female, 33 years old, Karachi Pakistan
I m having a very normal cycle of 27 or 28 days since last few months bt this time ma periods are being delayed for about 10 days. I did the pregnancy test and its negative. Can u please advice me some medicine for it.

Is it first time of overdue?? Any discomfort feeling along with this amenorrhea? Any other changes?? Take duphaston 10mg one tablet twice a day for 5 days without gap on fixed time and then wait... If you get menses then it's OK,, if no then you have to go for detailed checkup and history taking...
Do serum beta hcg test. If it’s negative. And it’s your ist time for delay don’t worry periods will come. If problem persists for more than 3 months then you should consult gynaecologist.
