My lmp is 14nov2019 k hisab se mere 10week 4days bante Han..lekin ajj altrasound karwya ha us Mai baby ka size 4 week 6 days show horahe Hann....aur Dr k mutabiq abhe Tak heart beat bhe nhe aye Han Asa kiu hoa ha? Is Mai koi pareshani wali bat to nhe ha? Mera first baby ha mujhe bohat tention horahe ha. Aur already mujhe gravibinan k inj lag rahe Han har week ...iske ilawa koi bleeding nhe hoe ha mujhe Allah ka shukar ha..plz answer me in detail plzzz
