Talk to Gynecologist on Early Menopause

AOA to all the gynecologists here I have a query. I have a daughter of 2 years with cesarean during her breastfeeding I have irregular periods or just spotting but now after weaning I have no periods since 5 months so my gynecologists advice me to go for FSH test. After seeing my reports she said I have chances of early menopause and try for second baby asap kindly give me some suggestions as my hubby is living abroad. I am attaching my report

Aoa while feeding your baby cycle is irregular usually. U should try for 2nd baby now and have Repeat FSH level on 2nd day pf cycle. Normally fertility decline after 30 years of age. So better complete your family. Thanks
Repeat FSH test after getting a period with medicines. Off course hubby should be here for conceiving.
