Talk to Gynecologist on Early Periods

I am trying to concieve since long, i have a daughter already. In feb i got my u/s done because my periods were late and they accompanied with heavy bleeding.i am going to attach its report. Dr advised ne to take tinostol tab. My cycle lengtg used to be 26/27days. In ramadan period came 2days early i thought its because i am fasting. Now this time my period came too early its my day 1 so the cycle length is only 19days this time. Please tell me why this happened. My 1 month course of tinostol is just completed two days back. I am attaching u/s which i got done in feb. Do i need to have u/s again because of early periods or is it because of this medicine. Please tell me i am so worried
