I am of 8 months marriage. It is my first time to concive. My periods Date was 12/06 I did not get my periods and Alhamdolilah pregnancy test is positive. I am a working lady and my office is on second floor i have to climb 40 stairs twice a days one in morning then in noon is it harmful for me? Moreover i have dest job i have foot rest too will it safe for me to sit there upto 6 hours? I visited dr she didn't suggested me any thing said to take pregnancy test after 20 and then she will suggest medicine, i feel cramps in left abdominal din main 3 4 dafa hota hai khas kr jab khari hon ya kabhi zayda time baithi rahon sirf aik jaga se taaiiss c uthathi hai jab mssage kron to thek ho jata hai ya position change kron tab b, Is it normal?? What should i do to take care of my pregnancy?
