Can you please post it anonymously jazak Allah My last important date was on 24th may and i got positive pregnancy test on 26 june. I am living abroad and not able to get Dr's appointment soon. Almost 3 months ago my Hb level was 10. Now what should i take till dr's visit? I have iberet fort and folic acid 5mg with me. Should i start taking both of them or just one?

Aoa u can take both. Which country u are if in USA there cereal and milk is fortified. Then u can take folic acid tablet of 400 microgram. Thanks
