I have 3 endometriotic cysts in my both ovaries and fibroids. I'm attaching my m.r.i report. Kindly tell me, will it be removed with medicines or laparascopic surgery or operate?

u have to undergo surgery for fibroid and endometriotic cyst... there is no.medical treatment for such a big fibroid
