Aoa em in 4th month of pregnancy..my heartbeat becomes fast sometimes especially after breakfast and dinner..it is around 98 to 100... my bp is usually 80/110 ...wot should i do as heartbeat results in palpitation and anxiety..plz guide
salaam. this is normal during pregnancy. If palpitations are permanent then need evaluation by cardiologist.
No need to panic , It is quite normal to have palpitations after eating food in pregnancy but some time there might be underlying pathology , kindly check CBC,Thyroid function test . Try to eat slow over a longer duration and drink water slowly
not need to worry.
